250 Gt Coupe Pininfarina (1958)
The Ferrari 250 GT Coupé Pinin Farina (introduced in 1958) was a pivotal model for Ferrari. It was the first car Ferrari produced in larger numbers to finance the transition from a pure racing car manufacturer to a commercial producer of luxury GTs. A total of 353 units were built between 1958 and 1960. Pinin Farina’s clean, understated design replaced the earlier, more baroque designs by Boano and Ellena, setting the tone for the brand's future design language.
